Association for e-commerce of Macedonia – AETM owns and manages the website ecommerce.mk. By using this website and its services, you (“You”, “User” or “end user”) agree to the Terms of Use (defined below). You also agree with ours Personal data protection policy located at this link and you agree that you will occasionally visit the Terms of Use in order to be updated if they undergo changes.

The Macedonian E-Trade Association owns the copyright to all content (textual, visual and audio materials, databases and programming code) or is used with the written permission of the copyright holder and trademark rights holder and / or design. Any copying, distribution, transmission, publication, linking or otherwise modifying this website without the express written consent of the Macedonian E-Trade Association is strictly prohibited. Violation of the general conditions of use may lead to the initiation of civil proceedings and/or prosecution against the perpetrators for infringement of copyright, trademark and rights or the rights of any other form of intellectual property. Macedonian E-Commerce Association may change these terms at any time by updating this document. When using this platform, be sure to visit this page to review the current terms that are binding on you as a user. Certain provisions of these terms may be superseded by legal notices and terms only available on certain pages of this site.

1.1 When applying for the Verified E-Merchant Badge, the user shares the following data:
  • Your name
  • Your surname
  • Your company
  • Your phone number
  • Your e-mail adress
  • Your adress (street, city, country, postal code)
  • Answer the Verified E-Merchant Badge application form

1.2 When applying for AETM Membership, the user shares the following data:
  • Legal title of the subject
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Website
  • Unique tax number
  • Unique identification number
  • Main income code of activity
  • Income code of activity
  • A brief description of the products or services offered by the company
  • Number of employees
  • Authorized person who will represent the company in AETM
  • Email for contact
 

  1. PAYMENT

Payment for the AETM membership service or the Verified e-Merchant Badge is made according to the prices displayed at the time of their application. Prices are indicated with Value Added Tax and apply to all payment methods, except for those services that are exempt from Value Added Tax – such as AETM membership. In addition to the ability to download invoices in order to settle AETM Services via bank transfer, through the website ecommerce.mk payment by credit or debit payment card is enabled, with the possibility of saving the card in order to enable self-renewable subscription.

2.1 What is a recurring payment? A self-renewing subscription is a type of subscription (for AETM services: Membership and Verified e-Merchant Badge renewal) that the User can activate with a payment card and that is automatically renewed every year with the option to cancel at any time. The auto-renewable subscription is activated on the website itself ecommerce.mk in the User’s basket (checkout), where the User is enabled to save his payment card in order to realize a self-renewable overpayment of one year which is automatically extended for a period of another year until the User or AETM cancels the subscription. If the User wants to deactivate the annual self-renewing subscription, he can do so through his user account at ecommerce.mk. Upon deactivation, the User cancels any of the services for which he previously subscribed, but which are still active until their expiration date.

2.2 Refund In case of unwanted renewal of any of AETM’s services, the consumer has the right to submit a refund request to AETM through info@ecommerce.mkwithin 15 days from the execution of the payment card transaction.
